Dear Dr. Kruell,

Thank you for submitting the video Billygoon Party Rap for public viewing consideration on MTV. As you know MTV is the pioneer in music video for television. Here at MTV we pride ourselves in programming established musical acts as well as new artists and their videos in our daily rotation. After reviewing the video Billygoon Party Rap we all had a quite a good laugh and found it very clever and well produced.

However after careful consideration, we regret to inform you that because of it’s suggestive content and display of nudity it does not meet our policy of programming standards.

We would like to thank you for submitting your video and it will be sent back to you under separate cover if you so desire. All requests for video returns must be made in writing within 30 days of receiving this correspondence or MTV will dispose of said video by what means it deems necessary.
